The Sub - County is constructing a Youth Empowerment Centre at Kotur Old Market in Amukura East Ward. The centre will be a one stop shop for youth programmes.
The centre will focus on the
issues and challenges affecting the youth in the sub - county, and the
subsequent interventions by the Directorate under the identified
strategic themes: Youth and Employment; Youth Empowerment and
Participation; Youth and ICT; Youth and Health; Youth Crime and Drugs;
Youth and Environment; Youth and Gender; Youth and special Needs; Youth
Leisure, Recreation, Community Service; Guidance and Consultancy
Services and Youth Exchange Programmes.
